Open Payments Systems Become Available for Registration & Data Submission

The Open Payments system is now available for applicable manufacturers and group purchasing organizations (GPOs) to:

– Register

– Recertify their registration from the previous year

– Submit data for the Program Year 2016

– Submit corrected data from previous Program Years (if required)

Now that the system is available, all applicable manufacturers and GPOs are required to register or recertify their registration. This is required for them to report payments, other transfers of value or ownership, or investment interests for the Program Year 2016.

The data submission period began on February 1, 2017, and will continue through March 31, 2017. Following data submission, the review and dispute period will start in April 2017. Additional updated resources can be accessed at: Open Payments: General Resources
