As a Senior SQA Engineer, you will be responsible for driving quality across our B2B SaaS and AI-powered applications throughout the SDLC. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to identify risks early, build robust automation, test AI-powered features, and ensure reliable product releases.
When You Are Working With Us, You Will Be
- Reviewing requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical designs to identify quality risks and gaps
- Testing B2B SaaS web applications, including functional, integration, regression, API, system, exploratory, and end-to-end testing
- Designing, developing, and maintaining QA automation frameworks and automated test suites
- Leveraging AI-driven QA automation for test creation, execution, analysis, defect detection, and improving test coverage
- Testing AI-powered applications and features, including AI output quality, accuracy, consistency, reliability, edge cases, and failure scenarios
- Performing API and data quality testing using SQL and appropriate testing tools
- Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and contributing to automated quality gates
- Investigating defects and production issues, performing root-cause analysis, and working with Engineering to resolve them
- Managing defects in JIRA and ensuring issues are tracked through resolution
- Collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Data teams throughout the SDLC to continuously improve product quality
- Supporting releases and providing quality assessments and release recommendations
- Mentoring junior SQA engineers and promoting modern QA practices
You Can Get In If You Can Prove That You
- Have a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
- Have 4–6 years of experience in Software QA/SQA, preferably testing web-based B2B SaaS products
- Have strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and SDLC
- Have hands-on experience with QA automation using Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or equivalent tools
- Have experience testing web applications, REST APIs, and integrations
- Have strong SQL and database testing skills
- Have experience with AI-assisted/AI-driven QA automation and modern AI-based testing tools
- Have an understanding of testing AI/ML and GenAI-powered applications, including AI output evaluation and validation
- Understand CI/CD, Git, and modern software development practices
- Have strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Are comfortable taking ownership of product quality and continuously learning new technologies
Nice to Have
- Experience with Agile/Scrum
- Experience with performance/load testing tools such as JMeter or k6
- Experience with data pipelines, ETL/ELT, data engineering, or analytics
- Understanding of application security and OWASP fundamentals
- Experience with LLM/GenAI applications, prompt testing, AI evaluation, or model output validation
- Strong technology research and self-learning skills
