In this role, you'll support our data integrity and reporting processes by managing, auditing, and analyzing data while directly engaging with customers to ensure clarity and accuracy.
What You'll Do
- Perform detailed data audits and validation
- Communicate directly with customers for data verification and issue resolution
- Assist in reporting, documentation, and quality checks
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain data accuracy
Who You Are
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in commerce or finance (B.Com or equivalent)
- Preferably from an O/A Level academic background
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in data analysis or auditing is a plus
- Proficient in MS Excel
