qordata is looking for a Business Analyst to join us on a contractual basis in Karachi. You will bridge Client, Product, Development, and QA teams — gathering and documenting requirements, shaping workflows and prototypes, and identifying where AI and automation can deliver real business value.
When You Are Working With Us, You Will Be
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, BRDs, SRSs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Analyze business processes, workflows, data, and system gaps to identify improvement opportunities
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini for research, documentation, analysis, and productivity
- Research industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to recommend solutions
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, business rules, workflows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions, process automation, and operational efficiency
- Maintain Jira backlogs, requirements traceability, and product documentation
- Collaborate with Client, Product, Development, and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle
- Coordinate functional testing, UAT, defect resolution, and validation of deliverables
- Conduct client demos, product walkthroughs, and requirements workshops
- Support presales, product implementations, integrations, migrations, and releases
- Analyze data and define KPIs to measure business value and product improvements
You Can Get In If You Can Prove That You
- Have 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or a similar role
- Have strong requirements elicitation, documentation, and analytical skills
- Have hands-on experience with Jira, Agile/Scrum, and SDLC
- Can demonstrate practical use of AI tools for research, analysis, documentation, or testing
- Can translate business problems into functional solutions and actionable requirements
- Have experience with workflows, prototyping, UAT, and stakeholder management
- Have strong communication and presentation skills, including client demos
- Are proactive, adaptable, and comfortable learning new technologies
Preferred
- Experience with SaaS products, AI-driven solutions, process automation, and prototyping tools
