Associate Software Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Associate Software Engineer to join our focused product team. Every team member contributes across software development, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement to deliver high-quality products. We embrace AI-driven software engineering, and engineers are expected to effectively use tools such as Claude Code, Antigravity, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar AI coding assistants while applying sound engineering judgment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-quality software.
• Collaborate with team members across development, testing, debugging, and product delivery.
• Support quality assurance activities, including testing and defect resolution, whenever needed.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity while ensuring code quality and correctness.
• Follow software engineering best practices, coding standards, design principles, and secure development practices.
• Participate in code reviews, task estimation, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of software development experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), data structures, algorithms, design principles, clean code, debugging, and problem-solving.
• Knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, SQL, and Git.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to contribute across development, QA, and product delivery in a small, collaborative team.
• Passion for continuous learning and adopting modern AI-driven software engineering practices.
